By completing a purchase from Chimsee Music Publishing you acknowledge that you have read and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
Your purchase of scores in digital or printed format grants you a license to print, possess, or distribute the quantity of scores you’ve ordered, as noted on your receipt, and no more. You may also keep a single perusal copy of the licensed PDF on whatever device(s) you personally own. Any further duplication, printing, forwarding to singers or colleagues, uploading, or any other dissemination of the copyrighted file is prohibited. Tampering with the license is illegal.
Your license also permits you to make practice recordings or demos of purchased songs for teaching purposes without requiring any additional fee. Distribution or sale of practice or commercial recordings is prohibited without first obtaining a Mechanical License (see Easy Song Licensing for details). Performance of Chimsee Music arrangements and compositions requires obtaining a performance license from ASCAP; some non-commercial school and church performances are exempt. Consult the ASCAP web site for more details.
In order to open and print downloaded PDF files you may need to install additional software, such as Adobe Reader. You are fully responsible for installation and troubleshooting of any necessary software; Chimsee Music Publishing does not offer technical support or guarantee of compatibility with your software or hardware.
